Pulverizam cu putin ulei de masline, presaram fulgi de chili, sare si piper si amestecam bine legumele. Adaugati din nou pieptul de pui precum si smantana dulce. Lasati sa fiarba la foc mediu inca aproximativ 10 minute. La sfarsit adaugati parmezanul ras si amestecati. Un localnic din Spania mi-a spus ca daca nu am destule oua in casa, pot sa inmultesc amestecul cu lapte, dar eu o fac de fiecare data asa pentru ca o gasesc mai echilibrata cu adaosul de lapte. </div>

3. Cand cartofii nostri sunt prajiti, ii mutam intr-o tigaie si ii saram dupa gust. Punem si 2-3 linguri din uleiul in care i-am prajit si asteptam sa se infierbante tigaia. Turnam peste compozitia de ou si lapte si lasam sa se gateasca la intensitate mica sub capac. Cand vedem ca este coagulata bine de tot, punem o farfurie plata mai mare decat tigaia peste si rasturnam tortilla in farfurie. Apoi o lasam sa alunece usor inapoi in tigaie astfel incat sa o prajim si pe partea cealalta. O mai lasam cateva minute si apoi o scoatem din nou pe farfurie. </div>

Pentru ca aveam mult magiun de prune si vroiam sa gasesc cai noi de a-l folosi, mi-am zis sa il incerc intr-o prajitura sanatoasa. </div>

Magiunul de prune l-am folosit in loc de zahar si in loc de ciocolata din brownie:). Initial vroiam sa pun cacao pentru culoare dar nu vroiam sa simt gust de ciocolata cand eu vroiam sa simt prune scortisoara si nuca. Daaa... acesta era gustul care vroiam sa il dau prajiturii, pentru ca in mintea mea era o combinatie care m-ar fi incantat. Cand am amestecat magiunul cu restul ingredientelor am realizat ca nu aveam deloc nevoie de cacao pentru ca aveam deja o culoare superba. </div>

Am ales sa folosesc faina de alune de padure, puteti sa folositi si de migdale, prin urmare este o prajitura bogata in grasimi sanatoase, foarte satioasa. Fiind atat de bogata caloric am decis sa nu adaug nici o alta grasime gen ulei sau unt in reteta. Dar pentru ca imi era teama sa nu fie prea seaca prajitura am adaugat apa. Voi puteti adauga lapte de migdale sau ce aveti eu am vrut sa o pastrez cat mai naturala si cat mai putin calorica posibil. Am reusit o prajitura umeda, sanatoasa in care simti gustul prunei al nucilor si al scortisoarei exact cum mi-o imaginam. Dar voi puteti sa modificati reteta dupa propriul gust. </div>

Presaram nuca, fistic si migdale sau doar nuca, in functie de ce aveti, si introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade timp de 30 min.</div>
